[LLVMdev] SPEC2k, SPEC06 base configuration for clang/llvm

Looking at the Makefiles for these tests in the llvm test suite (under External/SPEC) should help.
% cd llvm/projects
% svn co http://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/test-suite/trunk test-suite
