[LLVMdev] About setting up official git & bzr mirrors.

I pushed release branches (release_2[0-6]) to my mirror at
http://github.com/earl/llvm-mirror and also tagged the latest commit on
each branch accordingly (RELEASE_2[0-6]). If anyone encounters something
odd-looking on those branches, please let me know.
