[LLVMdev] LLVM BarCamp Paris

Hello Eric,

sounds interesting to me and I'd love to come to the BarCamp. The page itself 
is french though, does this mean the conference language will be french, too? 
I didn't practice my french for quite a few years so I doubt I'd understand 
much of it, in that case.
