[LLVMdev] Proposal for GSoC project for improving llvm-test testsuite

This will seems to be a very interesting and also very useful, suggesstion.
I'll add this also for the GSoC propsal since I have some experince in web
services. We can defeniitely use Axis2/C[1] web service frame work for this
purpose.
