[LLVMdev] [PATH] Add missing functionality to the C binding

Hi,

  The attached patch adds some missing functions to the C binding:
- ability to insert previously created instructions using a builder
- creation of aliases
- creation of inline asm constants

Please review and apply if it looks ok.
