[LLVMdev] Next LLVM Release (2.2)

Thanks to all who helped with the 2. 1 release! Now that its out, its time 
to set plans for the next release. :)

The LLVM 2.2 code freeze/branch creation date is Jan 16th, with the final 
release occuring on Feb. 4th. I will send out reminders as the date gets 
closer and post the schedule on the main website.
