I would have placed this on the website, but I don't think I have  
permission to modify CVS anymore...

ORCS
Offline and Runtime Compiler System
orcsystem.* is available
orc/orcs are distinguishable and easy to type (and have no other  
command line completions, at least on OS X).
Tagline: Code bloated? Let ORCS loose on it!
