[LLVMdev] LLVM 1.9 now in FreeBSD ports

The port should be marked as broken on amd64. The gcc 3.4 compiler that
comes with FreeBSD 6.x builds LLVM incorrectly. gcc 4.0 seems to work,
but I haven't yet been able to fully verify it due to other problems.
