With Anton's help, I have committed both an update to the 1.9 tarball
and a new one with patches to make it work. Unfortunately, I don't think
it hit the web site because:

Checking in llvm-gcc4-1.9-patched-x86-mingw32.tar.bz2;
/var/cvs/llvm/llvm-www/releases/1.9/llvm-gcc4-1.9-patched-x86-mingw32.tar.bz2,v  <--  llvm-gcc4-1.9-patched-x86-mingw32.tar.bz2
initial revision: 1.1
done
cvs update: cannot open llvm-gcc4-1.9-patched-x86-mingw32.tar.bz2: No
such file or directory
cvs update: could not check out
releases/1.9/llvm-gcc4-1.9-patched-x86-mingw32.tar.bz2

The commit worked, but the update to the web server failed. I don't know
why and since I don't have access to the web site, I can't manually fix
it.

Can you?
