[LLVMdev] New features in 1.9?

Hi Pertti,

The release notes in the main online documentation are updated for the
next release as we go along (more or less). It looks like this hasn't
been given much attention but it should get some activity in the next
few days as we prepare for the 1.9 release.  It is probably incomplete
right now.  You can review them at:
