[LLVMdev] top of tree broken?

Hey, how about that.  I'm sorry, I haven't been building IP Mod/Ref
recently.  This patch should fix the problem:

I'm really sorry the tree has been so unstable as of late.  After this
week all of the problems will go away (tm) :)
