[llvm] fix[llvm-profgen]: resolve AddressRange type ambiguity. (PR #228536)

llvm-profgen fails to build on main because llvm::sampleprof::AddressRange (a std::pair typedef, dead code since it was added) collides with the real llvm::AddressRange class from llvm/ADT/AddressRanges.h.

An inspection of `sampleprof::AddressRange` revealed no non-replaceable references; it can be safely removed.
