Subject: [PATCH] [Mips] Convert index to pointer type in lowerMSACopyIntr.

The MipsISD::VEXTRACT_SEXT_ELT and other similar nodes expect
a pointer sized index.

Found while trying to implement SDTCisPtrTy checking in
verifySDNode.
