I think the part this regression needs is a nonzero threshold: the existing run uses the default of zero, so it doesn’t exercise the count-based filtering. The skip message also needs -v=1.
Should I add `--lite-threshold-count=1 -v=1` to the existing run and fold the check into CHECK-BOLT, rather than keeping a separate run?
