Deferring things would be nicer, I agree. The obstacle for me was that DwarfUnit relies the knowledge of a DIE parent in a lot of places. It seems that @chbessonova found a better way to do that (without rewiring the logic in DwarfUnit), by putting local entities into a temporary DIE in a CU, and reattaching local entities to the right scopes later in `DwarfDebug::endModule()`. We will test this patch, and make a new PR if it works.
