Agreed. I'll rename the options as a follow-up. BTW: do you think we should keep sparc- spellings in `*Options.td` files? I lean toward keeping them because when users see `-mllvm -sparc-xxx`, they will likely search for `rg sparc-xxx` instead of `xxx`.
