This test is for the last resort if there is no p32:32. Maybe that'll never happen but I had to choose something to do in that case. I'm not saying I know of layouts without it that are valid for Arm.

(and I can't put the Fi8 anywhere in the string because at this layer it's a string match rather than looking at the components of the layout)
