I updated the code based on your feedback. I changed some parts like I kept the fast-path track introduced in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/221894 because it lead to better CTMark in that PR. It does the check in getInstSizeInBytes then it calls getInstSizeInBytesImpl.
