A couple notes:

- mildly odd that the test file `veclib-calls.ll` falls under a directory named `x86`, but that seems to be the existing convention.
- tests are auto-generated by `update_test_checks.py`, which is why there's blocks for `SVML`, `AMDLIBM`, etc. even though I only modified the accelerate table.
