MC behavior should be tested at the llvm layer — llvm/test/MC, or an llc -filetype=obj test if we need the inline-asm path to reach layout after a parse error. Clang tests that exercise the integrated assembler put coverage in the wrong place and are harder to maintain.

Already fixed.
