Something odd has happened with this test. It has a `; NOTE: Assertions have been autogenerated by utils/update_test_checks.py` at the top, but this can't be right because it should have also dumped out all of the debug information too.

I think it's because the RUN line is piping the debug output into stdout too. Could you fix up this test instead a separate PR? It feels like we should either have two RUN lines for checking IR and debug output, or we should disable IR output and add a filter to update_test_checks.py script to only look for `fneg`.
