[compiler-rt] [compiler-rt][test] `__aeabi_uread*` now take a const pointer (PR #225564)

Discussion inspired by [1] promped a change to rtabi making these take const pointers [2]. Update the test to match.

This is a pretty insignificant change but cleans up a few warnings.
