[llvm] [SelectionDAG] Add ISD::ARITH_FENCE to SelectionDAGDumper. (PR #225485)

We seem to have no consistency on CamelCase or snake_case in node naming. I've gone with CamelCase to match the nearby nodes, but happy to change.
