LGTM - but I'm not up to date with everything that's been happening with AVX10/ACE etc.

Going forward it'd be useful to see what options we have for generic handling/conversion of some of the new fp types, and doing a pass through the builtins to determine what could easily be made constexpr (not much of AVX10 has been updated yet).
