I have a long session where I have been investigating https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/220298 along with @rafaelauler .

One idea we pursued failed due to expanding the dynamic relocations caused some problems and this seemed like a positive win regardless but will also keep them 1:1.

Mix of Claude code with cleanup by me.
