This seems like a misnomer as it has both SME and SVE2p2, but it's forced in streaming mode, so I think `SVE2p2-SME-STREAMING` would be a better name.
Would it make more sense to have check lines named:
* CHECK-8-64
* CHECK-32-64
* CHECK-UNAVAILABLE
and then check all the different combinations?
