One test-only issue remains at `d5d22d2c7a90`. `no-partially-perfect-subnest.ll` runs `-debug-only=loop-interchange` without `REQUIRES: asserts`, so it fails in a no-assertions build. The other 102 LoopInterchange tests pass in that build. Could you add `REQUIRES: asserts` before merging?
