first, I am trying to minimize SYCL RT exported symbols at this stage.
second, I would like to avoid STL objects in ABI as much as possible. Especially std::string due to _GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI. We don't have a decision if we will support both modes for upstream but I want to be very cautious about this.
