@Thrrreeee Agree on this direction, but I think #221965 won't solve the DWARF issue by itself. The debug metadata on the original AUIPC still needs moved to this temporary NOP, and then when the NOP is removed in #221965 we need to properly move the metadata from `NOP + PseudoCALL` back to the new `AUIPC + JALR`
