Please rewrite your PR description by hand. As noted in the AI Policy, we don't want descriptions to be LLM-assisted (ignoring minor editing/translation etc). Your PR description is overly verbose, repeats things that are clear from reading the code and generally talks about things that should be implicit (like "this was tested"). Please review existing PR descriptions from recent PRs and adjust your description accordingly. Note that in LLVM, we use the PR description as the final commit message.

When making modifications to this PR, do not use rebase + force push. Instead, just add additional commits to your branch. If rebasing is really necessary, use a merge commit to merge in the main branch changes instead (it shouldn't be necessary here though).
