If I use a something from any header, the language server adds the direct include, that contains the definition of that thing (I think clang-tidy provides it this functionality, or at least in our downstream CI pipeline, if you use something without directly including it clang-tidy warns about it.)

The io includes are there because I usually debug with either `printf` or `llvm::errs()`. (Sometime I also use lldb, but that's rather rare. I should get used to that. :) )
