Keep in mind that PRs in llvm are merged with "squash and merge", where the default commit message is the PR description. In this case it seemed like the PR description contained bits that were more meant for the review discussion and not for the final commit message, so I replaced it with the commit message from the actual implementation commit. Going forward, I recommend keeping the PR description as you want the final message to be, and post the rest of the reviewer communication in a separate comment afterwards.
