Sure will wrap CSE in RUN_VPLAN_PASS. Pease note that CSE doesn't erase the unused load, so the after CSE dump still has both load recipes, FileCheck would look at the rewritten uses. removeDeadRecipes removes it afterwards. Hopefully, this should be OK ?
