If you need a PLT entry-like thing for a non-preemptible symbol, you can (ab)use the IPLT for that as it's the right shape (just obviously use relativeRel not irelativeRel). That or use the thunk mechanism. Which is best depends on at what point during link you are making the decision of whether to interpose on the call or not.
