Hah -- I wasn't expecting anyone to notice this. Do you guys have an out-of-tree `ExecutorProcessControl` implementation?

I've updated these to `const char *const`s for now (thanks for the suggestion!). At some point soon I'll review all these names and try to come up with a coherent scheme that fits with the new ORC runtime.
