LOG: [LV] Inline llvm-lit DEFINEs in interleaved-cost.ll NFC (#207143)

Turns out update_analyze_test_checks.py doesn't really like the
DEFINEs, which causes some subsequent updates to have CHECK lines
erroneously merged.
