If OpenMP guarantees there is only one RPC-enabled image loaded per `GenericDeviceTy`, then the device-wide `RPCClientBaseAddr` is probably fine. My concern is only for the case where the same device can have multiple loaded images; in that case this address looks image-specific and would need to be stored with the image.
