Kudos to you for removing this! I was trying to strip it as well, but got hung up on the difference between SCEVWrapPredicate::IncrementWrapFlags and SCEV::NoWrapFlags. Is this a step in the direction of stripping IncrementWrapFlags entirely, eliminating the confusion between the two?
