This is fixed in commit [a06ecdf](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/192240/commits/a06ecdfa2370fa9a727e2f9dbe053640e123066d).

Replace `OnFree`  with `CheckFree`  and `MarkFree`. Only `MarkFree` will free the reservation after successful call to real `hsa_amd_vmem_address_free()`.
