This is going in a similar direction as https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/191468 -- just without the change to how the memory accesses are walked.

It should be fine in principle to do it this way. In that case we should drop the clobber walk entirely though, doing both is redundant.

This will have some tradeoffs though because the clobber walk is cached, while these queries are not (well, they are cached in BatchAA, but only within this one call).
