[llvm] [NVPTX] Added intrinsics for i16x2 ALU instructions (PR #194767)

All of these seem like they have a corresponding generic overloaded intrinsic. Unless there is some semantic discrepancy I'm missing I don't think it makes sense to add intrinsics for these.
