Yes, there is one: llvm/test/CodeGen/SPIRV/extensions/SPV_INTEL_masked_gather_scatter/vector-of-pointers-no-extension.ll 

but it is a little different: there we have `<2 x ptr>` as kernel parameter type which is aparently still unsupported when we don't have `SPV_INTEL_masked_gather_scatter` (unlike the case inside the function body where we can perform decomposition)
