Please use a more descriptive title for example "Add more format/formatv equivalence tests".

And when you land, please remove the list of PRs. It's good to include for reviewers to see certainly, and not a disaster if it ends up being committed, but to me this is information for reviewers rather than the commit log.

I tend to put this information in the first comment on a PR rather than in the description, so I can't forget to remove it. Then again, often people don't see it so 🤷
