We have a little bit of underdeveloped and underused tests in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-test-suite/tree/main/External/HIP, and there's also https://github.com/llvm/offload-test-suite which I haven't tried to use yet. https://github.com/llvm/llvm-test-suite/pull/370 adds a vaguely similar test, but I would hope we would have exhaustive coverage for all the 16-bit cases
