ok yeah.  I had actually tried to rewrite this using the DriverConfig struct to hold the "args" and then follow the code path expected and run the processing of the URI args from the DriverConfig.  But it just makes things more complicated than needed, IMHO.  Because the processing of the URI is pretty well contained in the LLVM Offloading API, so llvm-obcopy/llvm-extract-bundle-entry just needs to pass the URI string to the API and let it handle everything.  Anyway, I like your suggestion here and will post a new patch shortly.
