Thanks for the suggestion - agreed. `SIMemOpAccess(MMI, ST, F)` now calls `isSingleWavefrontWorkgroup(F)` once and passes that boolean into the SIMemOpInfo `SIMemOpInfo`; no `Function` on `SIMemOpInfo` anymore.
