A lot of these tests were actually matching the generated `foo.resume` function. It's possible to match these with `--include-generated-funcs`, but the output tends to get ugly because we lose interleaving.

I think some of these regenerations make sense (where we are only interested in how the original function is transformed), but others don't. This would need a more careful conversion.
