The best way I could find of inserting the GlobalISel passes relied on setting the selector to GlobalISel when there is an optnone function, this also sets `Selected` to true meaning SDAG skips. Because of this, on AArch64, the `isel` pass is skipped and the **_debug_** output of the command is empty.
I have checked and the `.s` file does still have assembly inside it meaning the function is not empty.
