For i1, the induction either wraps in the second iteration (if unsigned) or computing ValidRange wraps (if signed), incorrectly resulting in a full range.

The former implies vectorizing a single-iteration loop, the latter would lead to incorrect vectorization as the sentinel value would be included in ValidRange. Bail out for both cases.
