Can we write the full name `hasAdjacentSubstatements`.
Also, do we need "Sub" word here, here because on `CompoundStmt` we expect to have substatements by default (what else can it be?).
I'm slightly in favor of `hasAdjacentStatements` name or at least `hasAdjacentSubstatements`.
